SEA STAR SILICONE SEALANT- NEUTRAL IS A ONE-COMPONENT, NEUTRAL-CURING, LOW MODULUS SILICONE SEALANT WITH OUTSTANDING WEATHER AND UV RESISTANCE, NON-CORROSIVE TO METALS AND EXCELLENT CHARACTERISTICS FOR CONSTRUCTION, GLASS AND WINDOW BUILDING IN EXTERIORS.
SEA STAR SILICONE SEALANT- NEUTRAL is a one-component, neutral-curing, low modulus silicone sealant that is easy to use, with excellent weather and UV resistance and excellent adhesion to various substrates.
SEA STAR SILICONE SEALANT- NEUTRAL cures at room temperature in the presence of atmospheric moisture to give a permanent flexible silicone rubber. Suitable for alkaline substrates such as concrete and cement mortars.

- The interface must be cleaned with solvents such as toluene or acetone and kept dry.
- The surface to be applied must be clean, dry and free from oil, grease and other contamination.
- Cut the nozzle to yield desired bead size.
- Pierce inner bottle seal to release the sealant, apply the sealant on the area.
- Drag the nozzle firmly along the gap to generously fill in the gap.
- Remove any excess sealant using a scraper or rubber float.
- Wait and leave the sealant to cure completely. (It requires moisture to cure, a decrease in temperature or humidity, as well as air tight environment, may extend the curing time).
- For exterior and interior joints & gaps in walls, windows & doors.
- In bathroom and kitchens for sealing around fixtures & sinks.
- It is used for bonding of large glass panels, glass shower cabins and skylight glass.
- It can be used to fill gaps between various substrates e.g. glass- glass, glass-concrete or aluminium-concrete.
- Suitable for sealing various sensitive materials like glass, sensitive metals and plastics.

Store the product in the original sealed condition in a cool, dry place. Transport product should be carried out according to the non-hazardous goods regulations.
Special attention should be paid to maintain good ventilation in the construction area of, and the product should be placed out of reach of children to prevent ingestion, in case the uncured adhesive comes into contact with the eyes it should be promptly rinsed with plenty of clean water, and seek medical advice immediately.
Avoid contact to the skin to prevent damage. Use of hand gloves is highly recommended during handling and application.
